THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND EMERGING COMPONENTS

Decades in Medical Devices. Still Close to the Work.

Emerging Components was built around more than three decades of hands-on experience developing, manufacturing and commercializing complex implantable medical-device components.

From established global medical-device organizations to emerging companies, the work has taught us the same thing: development moves faster when experienced people stay close to the part, the process and the decisions.

Why Emerging Components

There is a big difference between making a prototype and developing a component in a way that can support what comes next.

Emerging Components was built around that gap.

We help medical-device teams move from early feasibility and design iteration through documented testing builds and design verification — without treating the early work like a dead end.

Before founding Emerging Components, Steve held senior roles across the nitinol medical-device industry, including Confluent Medical Technologies and Medres Group, working with medical-device teams from early concepts and prototypes through process development, manufacturing transfer and commercialization.

His experience spans nitinol implants and components, shape setting, electropolishing, laser processing, thermal processing, process development, supplier development and manufacturing transfer.

At Emerging Components, that experience stays close to the work. Customers have direct access to the people making the technical and manufacturing decisions behind their components.

WHY EMERGING COMPONENTS

Built to Bring Experience Closer to Development.
